Terms of Use

Overview

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lalarun app, VPN service, private browser features, AI features, payment flows, websites, and related services provided by Lalarun Technologies LLC ("Lalarun", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, signing in, buying a subscription, or using Lalarun, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old, or older if required by the laws where you live, to use Lalarun.
• You are responsible for the email address, password, two-factor authentication, devices, and other credentials associated with your account.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
• You may not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your account except where we expressly allow it.
• We may require email verification, device authentication, or additional security checks before allowing access to some features.

The Lalarun Service

Lalarun includes several connected features. Some features may require a paid plan, an active subscription, supported hardware, a supported platform, or third-party availability.

VPN and private browsing

• Lalarun can route device, app, browser, or proxy traffic through VPN and proxy infrastructure.
• Service quality, latency, speeds, routing, and availability can vary based on your device, plan, location, local network, destination services, and infrastructure conditions.
• You are responsible for how you use network access provided by Lalarun and for complying with applicable laws and destination service rules.

AI features, backends, and skills

• Lalarun may provide AI chat, private AI backend provisioning, model-level settings, AI usage tracking, and installable AI skills.
• AI responses and tool outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
• Do not use AI features for professional, legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or high-risk decisions without independent expert review.
• Installable skills and third-party tools may connect to external services. You are responsible for the accounts, data, permissions, and instructions you provide to those tools.

Support, referrals, and notifications

• Support tickets, email verification, password reset, push notifications, referral rewards, trial offers, and account notices are service features and may change over time.
• Referral rewards, trials, and promotions are subject to eligibility checks, anti-abuse review, and any additional terms shown in the app or checkout flow.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Lalarun, or allow others to use Lalarun, to:

• Violate any law, regulation, court order, sanctions rule, export control, or third-party right.
• Attack, disrupt, probe, overload, scrape, spam, or interfere with networks, systems, accounts, services, or users.
• Send malware, phishing, deceptive content, unsolicited bulk messages, or abusive traffic.
• Access accounts, devices, data, or services without authorization.
• Exploit, harm, or endanger minors, or create, request, transmit, or store illegal sexual content.
• Commit fraud, evade payment, manipulate subscriptions or referrals, or abuse trials, promotions, support, or refund systems.
• Reverse engineer, bypass, disable, or interfere with Lalarun security, device authentication, entitlement checks, rate limits, or usage controls.
• Resell or provide Lalarun as a hosted service, managed service, or shared network service without our written permission.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend, limit, or terminate access when we believe doing so is necessary to protect Lalarun, users, providers, or the public.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• Paid plans, AI plans, Premium VPN features, linked-device limits, and other entitlements are described in the app, checkout flow, or applicable store listing.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal through the app, the billing portal, Stripe, Apple, or the platform where you purchased.
• Prices, taxes, billing periods, included usage, limits, and plan features may change. We will provide notice when required by law or platform rules.
• Trials, credits, and referral rewards may be limited to one per account, email, device, payment method, or other abuse-prevention signal.
• Refunds are handled according to applicable law, the purchase channel, and the policies of Stripe, Apple, or any other payment provider involved.

Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of content you submit to Lalarun, such as support requests, AI prompts, messages, files, tool instructions, and similar materials. You grant Lalarun the rights needed to process, transmit, store, display, and otherwise use that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit content, connect third-party accounts, install skills, use tools, and route traffic through Lalarun.

Third-Party Services

Lalarun relies on third-party services such as infrastructure providers, payment processors, app stores, email and notification providers, AI infrastructure, and services you connect through skills or browser activity. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, products, outages, security practices, or decisions.

Intellectual Property

Lalarun, including the app, service, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, names, and related materials, is owned by Lalarun or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Lalarun. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Lalarun for your personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.

Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, rate-limit, replace, or discontinue features, plans, servers, routing, AI backends, skills, or integrations at any time. We work to keep Lalarun available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always-private operation. Maintenance, provider outages, network conditions, legal requirements, abuse prevention, or security incidents may affect access.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Lalarun at any time. You may be able to delete your account from the app, but deleting an account may not cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple, Stripe, or another provider. We may suspend, limit, or terminate your account or access if you violate these Terms, create risk or possible legal exposure, fail to pay, abuse the service, or if continued service becomes impractical or unlawful.

Disclaimers

Lalarun is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security, and uninterrupted operation.

Lalarun does not guarantee anonymity, access to any specific destination, protection from every security threat, AI output accuracy, or compatibility with every device, network, website, app, payment method, or third-party service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lalarun and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruption, loss of goodwill, or unauthorized access, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims relating to Lalarun will not exceed the amount you paid to Lalarun for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability, or USD $50 if you did not pay for the service.

Indemnity

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lalarun and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of Lalarun, your content, your connected services or skills, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, website, email, or another appropriate method. The effective date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last updated. Your continued use of Lalarun after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
